Paul
Started working with Terry on a consulting gig back in 2006. When the world blew up and no one wanted to buy furniture anymore, I took on a role in selling outdoor furniture…I mean who else would take a job selling custom made outdoor furniture to the Trade around 2007-2008 with absolutely no experience in selling to the Trade or selling custom made…anything? Fast forward to June 2022 - I bought out Terry so he could retire at the ripe young age of 78. In addition to owning and operating Terris Draheim Outdoor, I am still involved with officiating basketball, which I've been passionate about since 1979. Currently, I supervise and assign the officials for Women's College Basketball for the NWAC in three of the four division after spending 13 of my 29 year officiating career as a Division I Women's official, working in the Pac-12, West Coast, Big Sky, Big West and Western Athletic Conferences. Not that this is any type of accomplishment but just speaks to how old I really am, but I've worked basketball games in each of the last six decades!

Mark Weidemann
Born in Wuerzburg, Germany, I was raised primarily in New England (Boston area) and the Pacific Northwest (greater Seattle). I attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. During my time in school, I began working in the local wine industry. This led to a 20+ year career in the wine and spirits industry as a sales professional across all business channels. Working as both a distributor and supplier, I managed sales teams and brands across all categories of wine, beer, RTDs, and spirits, earning credentials as a Sommelier, Cicerone, and Certified Spirits Specialist. Professionally, I have lived and worked across the Western States region and nationally, based out of Seattle, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. After relocating to Portland in 2024, I transitioned into the furniture industry with Ashley Furniture, working both corporately and within their locally operated Oregon franchises, including a new store in Tigard. This began my current chapter as a furniture sales professional inspired by design and creative customer solutions. On a personal note, I remain a big fan of wine, food, and travel. I thoroughly enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, especially escaping to the coast for beach time or spending time on a lake with friends.

Angie Hart
I have worked in and around the Interior Design Industry for about 15+ years. I absolutely love to be involved in such an artistic natured industry, and I also love helping people. In my off time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, family, and my 2 dogs Luna and Piper.

Jamie Bluhm
I grew up outside Chicago and was drawn to the Pacific Northwest at a young age. After moving here, I had an opportunity to live abroad which took me to Ireland and eventually The Netherlands where I studied Economics at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Outside-the-box Dutch ingenuity and innovation sparked my love for Architecture and Design, and when Portland called me home a few years later, I obtained my BS in Interior Design. I love being curious and diving in to discover new things, whether it is a technical challenge, a creative endeavor, or a physical venture. I feel so lucky to live in The PNW where absolutely anything is possible!

Karen
My bookkeeping career began in 1997 and joined the Terris Draheim team as a bookkeeper in December of 2015. I hold a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration from Washington State University—Go Cougs! Outside of work, I enjoy walking my two sweet dogs every morning, rain or shine, for the past 14 years. I also love spending time by the ocean, listening to the water and watching the waves roll in. Growing up, I went on many kayaking, canoeing, hiking, and camping trips with my Dad and brothers in a 1967 blue Ford Van, which sparked an appreciation and respect for nature and the outdoors - although, it was always nice to come home to a nice warm bed and shower!
